The Law Offices of William S. Patton, P.C. ("LOWSP") is a boutique law firm focused on serving: (i) CRE developers and investors nationwide, and (ii) Pennsylvania businesses & individuals who are located in Philadelphia County or Chester County, below is a summary of practice areas:
CRE
LOWSP regularly serves as outside CRE counsel on "middle market" ($1mm to $50mm) deals. Including acquisition, sale, leasing, capitalization, financing, development, asset management and restructuring of CRE Assets.
ESTATE PLANNING
LOWSP regularly drafts simple wills and estate plans, transfers of real property via deed, revocable trusts, and other related EP documents. LOWSP also represents executors and fiduciaries on probate and estate administration and related state and federal tax issues (including, of course, inheritance tax return filings).
TAX ADVISORY
Will's experience, expertise, resources in tax law, and relationships in tax accounting provide clients of LOWSP with a full service tax advisor. The firm advises businesses on federal and state tax issues throughout the entire entity lifecycle from formation to exit. LOWSP also represents clients in the settlement of tax liabilities with the IRS. LOWSP's tax advisor is Augusterfer & Co., Inc.
CORPORATE LAW
LOWSP advises business clients on corporate and contract and regulatory legal matters at every stage of the business lifecycle--from formation, capitalization, management, recapitalization, and exit or succession planning, partnership buyouts and restructuring and general contract matters to help clients manage risk and grow their business or expand or acquire capital.
LITIGATION
Will has also successfully won multiple litigation matters in district court and is actively litigation multiple matters at the common pleas lever. LOWSP's relationships large litigation specialist create opportunity for LOWSP to: (i) serve as client's go-between "eyes and ears", (ii) serve as co-counsel with the litigation specialist, or (iii) refer the case, depending on the client's best interest.
